    Seeing the other reviews, the first thing I will say is that this book is five stars all the way.

    I am sorry I took so long to jump in here and say so.
    I am stunned that this book is not ranked 5 star by all. I found it strange that it got less than 5 on the basis that a reviewer knew some of the ideas. Of course, when you buy and read this, you might know some of the 32 Proven Marketing Ideas. You wouldn’t be in business, most likely, if you didn’t have some idea. If you are using the idea, that would only confirm that the author has given great advice; she has.

    I picked this book up for nostalgic reasons. I once worked for a Real Estate agent parent as an assistant. I could imagine another, young adult, being drawn into the family business of marketing by being given some of these ‘ideas’ to follow up on, and at the same time gaining a valuable lesson in becoming a self-starter and learning how to generate leads that covert to sales. So, even if you feel you ‘know all there is to know about this stuff,’ this would be a great book for anyone, not necessarily in real estate, starting out in business with more enthusiasm than cash to spend on expensive marketing techniques.

    I’m no YA, even with 50 years experience in marketing I’m going to use some of these tips. The purpose of a book, such as this, is to be eclectic and apply the ideas as they might work for your situation. I will keep this in my library and return to it anytime I’m looking for a low cost tip to generate new leads.

    Look, I honestly LOVED and value this book; far more than I expected to. One does get skeptical when so many books in the ‘tips’ genre do not pan out as good value. This one IS worth the cost. The layout was also expertly done, a professional publication.

    Starting out as a real estate agent, and especially starting out in the current climate, the buzz around you is full all sorts of techniques, a lot of them silly. But some of them work. This book is a great real estate marketing source for inexpensive but effective (guerrilla) marketing techniques. It’s focus is on the all important generating leads. It has been very helpful in that, mostly because it has been helpful in sorting out techniques that work from ones that don’t. Feeling silly should only count when it gets results.
